We are a community of privately owned properties dedicated to the enjoyment and relaxation afforded by our abundant surroundings. Our community consists of 493 lots located by the Little Wicomico River and Cod Creek, with easy boat access to the Chesapeake Bay and the Potomac River. There are presently about 327 property owners of the inland and waterfront lots.
Our Property Owner's amenities include:
a 30' x 70' swimming pool, a wading pool, tennis and basketball courts, a community pavilion, a 32 slip boat pier, a playground, and a wildlife pond near the river.
