Welcome
We are a community of privately owned properties dedicated to the
enjoyment and relaxation afforded by our abundant surroundings.
Our community consists of 493 lots located by the Little Wicomico River
and Cod Creek. There are presently about 327 property owners of the
inland and waterfront lots. There are usually several vacant lots and
homes for sale.
Our Property Owner's amenities include: a 35' x 70' swimming pool, a
wading pool, a community pavilion, a 37 slip pier, a playground, a
tennis court, and a wildlife pond near the river.

| 2011 Annual Meeting
Sherwood Forest had a good turnout this year. The weather was clear and 80f. Only one week prior, the Association received minor damage from Hurricane Irene. Board members Bill Richards, Paul Barsnica and Connie Dunaway were re-elected to three year terms.!
